Introduction to tourist tents: Composition of tents:
1. Fabric:
The technical indicators of waterproof fabric are based on the degree of waterproofing.
Water repellent is only applied on the surface with AC or PU, and is generally only used for children or gaming accounts.
Waterproof 300mm is generally used for beach tents/sunshades or cotton tents used in drought and low rain conditions.
Waterproof 800MM-1200mm is used for conventional simple camping tents.
Waterproof 1500MM-2000MM is used for mid-range tents that require multiple days of travel.
Waterproof tents with a thickness of over 3000mm are generally professional tents that have been treated with high temperature/cold resistance technologies.
Bottom material: PE is commonly used, and the quality mainly depends on its thickness and latitude and longitude density. It is better to use Oxford fabric, which has a waterproof treatment of at least 1500mm.
The internal fabric is usually breathable nylon or breathable cotton fabric. The quality mainly depends on its density.
2. Supporting skeleton
The most common type is fiberglass tubing.
Measuring its quality is both professional and important.
How many types of tent supports are there
(1) Elastic stiffness: This type is usually a children’s tent or a beach game tent.
(2) The most common types of fiberglass tubes are 6.9, 7.9, 8.5, 9.5, 11, 12.5, and other series. The thicker, the stronger the rigidity, and the weaker the softness. So whether the selection of fiber tube support is reasonable is determined by the ratio of its ground size and height, as being too thick or too thin can easily lead to breakage. For example, 210X210X130 is a classic size with a typical pipe size of 7.9 or 8.5. The name Alpine is inspired by the Alps. ALPINE is originally translated as the Alps, and in Europe, outdoor sports are known as Alpine sports. Alpine outdoor sports have a history of over a hundred years and are synonymous with the leisure and comfortable outdoor lifestyle that ordinary European people are passionate about.
(3) Aluminum alloy skeleton: It is relatively high-end and difficult to inspect according to the alloy ratio. Generally, the overall curvature curve of its original bracket is calculated first and then hot pressed and shaped. The characteristic is light and easy to carry, mainly because it is not easy to fold, but the quality is not good and it is prone to bending and deformation.

build
1. Two poles, select two main poles, and thread them through the corresponding pole bags on both sides of the door in a cross direction.
2. Insert both ends of the pole into the corresponding double hole footboards, preferably arching both main poles at the same time to form the basic skeleton of the tent.

3. After forming the skeleton, put on the outer tent, thread the tent pole from the middle, and tie the tying rope.
4. The pole should pass smoothly without excessive force. After the pole is fully in place, arch it up to avoid damaging the tent pole.
5. The extended space of the outer canopy can accommodate items such as bags, shoes, clothing, food, etc. (increasing storage space). The outer canopy door can be rolled up for easy access. The inner canopy door has a double layered design with double pull and humanized features. Opening the first layer of the window allows direct access into the tent. You can freely choose between opening the nylon door or the window screen door inside the tent. The inner tent has air vents located at the top of the tent to enhance air circulation and improve breathability.
ALPINE PRO attaches great importance to the quality of its products, and has established a unique “Product Testing Project” for this purpose.
1. Avoid contact with chemicals such as acid and alkali, and avoid prolonged storage in damp or high temperature areas. Wash at an appropriate temperature.
2. After use in humid areas, the tent should be air dried to keep it dry.
3. Pay attention to fire prevention: Tent materials are not fire-resistant, so do not bring fire sources close.
4. When threading the pole, make sure it passes smoothly and do not apply excessive force. After the pole is fully in place, arch it up to avoid damaging the tent pole.
5. There are slight differences in the construction of various types of tents, please pay attention during installation.
